Guests may sit at Chef Elisandrya's personal kitchen space, where their dining table has a full view of their meal being exquisitely prepared with the utmost of care.

With your booking, you will get fully personalized service from appetizer to classic dessert... or mignardise (one spoon closing dessert after dessert, served with an aperitif). The Exclusive Dining Experience table is surrounding the personal cooking area for Chef Elisandrya De Sade Way (aka ‘Chef Gypsy'), where you can see each of your meal courses prepared for you and each of your guests. Generally, guests will leave the menu selection up to the chef; however, always let your Chef know your food allergies and temperature preferences to assure the most unforgettable dining experience.

We will always try and accommodate specific requests, but there is no guarantee that your requested date can be assured without a secured reservation. Please allow 2 hours minimum for your meal. We look forward to having you at our table
